Lets welcome Jun Delos Santos back at Emphico. Originally from the Philippines, Jun moved to Pittsburgh to pursue graduate studies and stayed on to work in the life sciences field. His love for dancing is rooted on his desire to get a good physical workout while still having fun!
Jun is going to be a guest instructor at Emphico for Hip Hop Dance Fitness Class.
About Hip Hop Dance Fitness:
Jun’s take on the hiphop cardio fitness regimen is premised on two things — you keep on moving, and you enjoy the whole experience. This moderate- to high-impact dance class is a fusion of different rhythms that encourage dancers to just let loose and take it to their own levels, while tuning in to an upbeat and fun music playlist. This workout engages your body’s coordinated movements and tests your cardiovascular endurance.
