Free!Join us for a 45-minute class designed to enrich students through movement and creativity. It typically includes learning a short routine, a Q&A session where we dive into the culture of hip-hop, and a mini performance to bring it all together. Jarell's goal is always to create a fun, engaging, and inspiring experience for the kids. Jarell says, "For me, it's about getting the message out to the youth and empowering them to make healthy emotional decisions to understand their feelings through hip-hop!"
MFA Jarell Howard Rochelle is a Keynote Speaker and Movement Artist, as well as a Dance Professor and the new program director of Hip-Hop Dance and Cultural Studies at Salem State University. You might recognize him from his appearance on "So You Think You Can Dance"!
