Join us for Your January Sound Bath, led by Anni Pounds, Certified Inner Work and Sound Meditation Coach. Through guided meditation, simple breathwork, and healing sound vibrations, Anni creates space to rest deeply, calm the nervous system, and support subconscious healing.
This experience is especially supportive for anyone navigating stress, anxiety, low mood, or burnout. Anni brings a grounded, compassionate approach shaped by her own healing journey—and holds space with care, intention, and warmth.
As the cold season encourages rest and reflection, sink into the soothing vibrations of traditional Himalayan and crystal singing bowls. These rich, grounding sounds help improve sleep, regulate mood, and gently guide the mind and body into deep relaxation—perfect when getting outside isn’t an option.
