A very unique and healing experience.
The session begins with salt therapy, the room will be filled with salt from the halo generator prior to & on your arrival.
As we each arrive, settling in to the beautiful surrounding, we make space to ground into the present moment. Preparing to journey with 40mins of sound healing mediation, after which magically floating back, we return to salt therapy for a further 25mins. While we invite you for herbal teas, sharing & reflection time.
For your comfort, we have six reclining chairs & footstools, each with their own cosy blanket.

An invitation to make space & time for rest.
The benefits for this session will be different for each person present. The salt healing will be working with your respiratory system, while the sound healing is working with your nervous system on a cellular level. Both, allowing space & time for your physical and mental well-being. Bringing you to a place of relaxation, reflection & grounding.
To complete our Himalayan Salt & Sound Therapy Session, we awaken and join for a nice warming herbal cuppa.
