Hill Sprints at Piedmont Park
Join us for Hill Sprints at Piedmont Park every Wednesday at 7:30 AM and 6:30 PM! This high-energy workout combines HIIT training with hill sprints, designed to challenge you while helping you build strength, endurance, and speed.
All fitness levels are welcome! Whether you’re a beginner or experienced, our goal is simple—get better every week. For those looking for a lower-impact option, our 6:30 PM session includes a Walkers Hill Climb, so you can still get an amazing workout while moving at your own pace.
📍 Location: Piedmont Park
🕢 Class Times: 7:30 AM & 6:30 PM
🚗 Parking: Available at Park Tavern for $4. If parking on the street, please read signs carefully—they do ticket.
