Kick off our Happy Hour Series with a celebration of everything you need for a perfect Cinco de Mayo at home.
In this inaugural class, we’re skipping the crowded bars and showing you how to bring restaurant-quality tacos and margaritas into your own kitchen. Miles will guide you through the fundamentals of cocktail building, share the history of the Daisy cocktail, and demonstrate a few creative riffs on the classic margarita.
Meanwhile, Chef Sarah will be making carnitas tacos and sharing techniques for getting the most out of your dutch ovens during the warmer months.
You’ll leave with the confidence to celebrate Cinco de Mayo at home, no reservations required.
Quick note: This is not a hands-on cooking class, but is definitely a hands-on eating and drinking class!
