🌅True Heart Fitness: Hill Sprint Session ⛰️
Ready to level up your engine? This hill workout is built to sharpen your speed endurance, running efficiency, and mental toughness — the kind of strength that carries over into everything you do.
We’ll kick things off with a dynamic warm-up and core activation, flow into running drills, then attack the hill with purpose through targeted sprint intervals, and finish with a proper cool-down and stretch.
Whether you’re new or experienced, this session meets you where you are — push at your pace, grow at your level.
