Each Thursday of the month, we'll hit a hill after work and do repeats, an out-and-back, or a loop on a rotating schedule. These runs are usually done as a group or a few groups of different paces. This is a no-drop run, which means that no one will be left behind.5th Thursdays, when the month has one, will be Hawkwatch Trail. This is a very long trail, so we go out for a while and turn around with enough time to get back by 6:30ish. These are very accessible workouts no matter what level of hills you hike/run (or don't).
