Kick off the spring season by challenging yourself with this fantastic Surrey Hills Three Peaks Challenge, walking Boxhill, Leith Hill and Holmbury Hill in one day.
Our popular hiking challenge follows a stunning 16-mile (26km) linear route starting at Box Hill, with an initial climb of 224m rewarded by sweeping views across the Mole Valley.
We continue along the North Downs Way, passing the vineyards of Denbies and heading onto Ranmore Common, with further viewpoints along the ridge.
Along the way, Simone, a North Downs Ambassador, will share stories and landmarks that bring the landscape to life.
At noon, we pause in Westcott Village before turning south onto the Greensand Way, winding through woodlands and rolling fields to Wotton Common and our second peak, Leith Hill (294m).
The final challenge leads us on to Holmbury Hill, our third peak at 261m, crowned by its famous Iron Age fort. We then descend through the ancient woodlands of the Hurtwood to finish in Holmbury St Mary, with a well-earned pub stop at the end. Option to book a table in the Pub for our group to celebrate our achievement.(food/drinks not included in the event fee).
