Wellness experience led by Brittney Collins, Licensed Trauma Therapist of Restorative Health & Life
The Hike with a Therapist's Family & Friends wellness experience, helps each family learn healthy ways to reconnect by immersing themselves in nature to restore balance by elevating their mind and placing the body and soul back into rhythm.
We will engage in a therapeutic hike, guided adult sound bowl, and yoga session, guided youth movement session, competitive games, and barbeque. The price includes all activities and food mentioned.
This experience teaches:
- Mindfulness and being present in the moment.
- Healthy family interactions.
- Focused breathing via breathing exercises & techniques.
- Self-reflection & realization through therapeutic techniques.
- Relational wellness through connecting with other participants.
