Group Therapy Format
The Hike with a Therapist's wellness experience, helps each participant learn healthy ways to reconnect by immersing themselves in nature to restore balance by elevating their mind and placing the body and soul back into rhythm.
We will engage in a therapeutic hike, guided meditation, sound bowls, grounding, and a stretching session.
This experience teaches:
- Mindfulness and being present in the moment.
- Healthy social interactions.
- Focused breathing via breathing exercises & techniques.
- Self-reflection & realization through therapeutic techniques.
- Relational wellness through connecting with other participants.
