The mission of Hike to Yoga LA is to increase individual self-awareness and collective physical health, through the connection of nature, community, and intentional movement. We aim to lead change through innovative programming that promotes cardiovascular exercise followed by focused breath and movement while holding space for diverse, intergenerational exchange. In these times of crisis, outdoor, "respectful-distanced," community-centered events are needed more than ever and we hope to be the catalyst for systemic change for all residents of Los Angeles County.HOW IT WORKS
8 AM HIKE
Set your GPS for La Brea & Don Lorenzo. Meet at the East Trailhead Kenneth Hahn State Recreation Area to check-in and meet your Hike Leader!
9 AM YOGA
Meet at the 9/11 Memorial Tree at the Bluff (nearby the Burke Roche picnic area/Restrooms)
The yoga is fun and BEGINNER-friendly!
