Join us for a monthly Hike + Happy Hour in North Vancouver hosted by , Vancouver's most unique butcher shop, and in partnership with and .
We'll meet at the Cleveland Dam parking lot. A Myodetox practitioner will lead us through a short mobility warm-up. Then we'll enjoy a beginner-intermediate 90 minutes hike in Capilano Canyon. The scenic rolling trails have minimal elevation gain and wind through forest, rivers, and waterfalls.
Post-hike, we'll return to our cars and make the short 10 minutes drive to Two Rivers Meats restaurant in North Vancouver for après. Enjoy a refreshing glass of wine or beer and Two Rivers signature appetizers, as you relax and connect with others. Come hungry!
