Trailhead meetup details sent the night before the hike after signup! This 15ish minute but beautiful hike up to an incredible view is the best start to the day. Flow & breathe in the fresh air! Lauren will lead a 20-25 minute vinyasa style all-levels flow at the top.Please arrive promptly so we can begin heading up at 6am and can arrive back by 7am.
