As the weather became a bit chilly, windy and rainy, we will postpone the hike to May 1st- Labor Day :)
What better way than to celebrate Earth Day - by hiking in the nature and by embodying all of its elements? We invite you to a Hike & yoga at Remete-szurdok on 1 May 2024- Wednesday-
To tap into the Spring and embrace Mother Earth, get out of your head and also out of Budapest - to experience the Real spring awakening. Under the trees, inhale the fresh air, embrace the beam of light, let the spring breeze tingle you on the way during this beautiful hike.
The programme:
Meeting time: 10.30 am meeting point at Széll Kálmán tér- we will leave together to Remete-szurdok by public transport.
Please arrive until 10.50 am
End time: around 3.30 pm CET.
What to expect:
Blissful walk in the greenery
Active meditation to connect with the air, fire, water, earth elements
Light yoga movements
Cave visit
Work that breath - let’s rock that hike
Inhale the sunshine and enjoy the present moment on top of the cliff
Snack break or optional tarot reading (15 min)- pre-registration needed via email
What to bring:
Hiking shoes and comfy clothes
No yoga mat is needed- we will move with shoes on
Water or tea
Snacks/ sandwich
maybe a small blanket/ towel
Small backpack
The event is donation based.
