We are back for the 5th Annual Hike 2 Breathe for Cystic Fibrosis Awareness Month!This year, on Saturday, May 30th at 10:00am EDT, we are doing an in-person event for all to hike for cystic fibrosis awareness together at the Pinckney Recreation Area, MI to follow along the beautiful Crooked Lake Trail.

Along with the in-person event, you can hike virtually from wherever you'd like. Your hike can be as basic as a mile walk down the block, a stroll in urban or rural areas, on trails, up mountains, or anywhere that suits and challenges you.
In-person and virtual hikers will be geared up with an awesome Rock CF x Hike event shirt. All virtual participants will be sent out their shirt ahead of time so that they have it ready for their adventures. We've also got some awesome gear incentives for those who create fundraising teams!
100% of all proceeds will go towards supporting the Rock CF Foundation's mission of heightening awareness for cystic fibrosis and providing those living with CF the tools to not only survive, but thrive.
