What to Expect
This class combines high-intensity interval training with kickboxing techniques to deliver a full-body workout that’s both challenging and empowering.
No person to person contact class. (sparing)

HIIT is best performed 2–4 times per week with proper recovery.
Equipment Required: (choose add on to rent equipement if needed)
- Boxing gloves 14oz recommended
- Wraps 120"-180"
- Tap pads
- I will have a kick pad for class.
