HIIT Fitness Class – Sweat, Burn, Repeat

Get ready for a high-energy HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) class designed to boost fitness, burn calories, and leave you feeling strong and accomplished.
This class combines short bursts of intense exercise with recovery periods, making it effective, fast-paced, and fun. Exercises can be adapted for all fitness levels, so whether you’re just starting out or looking to push yourself, you’re welcome.
