Get Ready for HIIT & Yoga in the Park!
Every Monday from 6:30 PM to 7:30 PM, we’ll gather outdoors to boost strength, endurance, and your metabolism.
Kick things off with 40 minutes of bodyweight HIIT—perfect for those wanting to push their limits and feel strong. Then, unwind with 20 minutes of yoga to cool down, breathe, and restore your body and mind.
Perfect for all fitness levels and a great way to meet awesome people while enjoying the outdoors.
