Start with 20 minutes of HIIT to elevate your heart rate, build strength, and boost endurance through powerful, full-body movements.
Then transition into 40 minutes of breath-to-movement flow, linking each movement with your breath to improve mobility, release tension, and restore balance in the body and mind.
