We are delighted to invite you to a brand new meet this season, by kind permission of Mr Fenton and Mr&Mrs Stephenson. Hounds will meet at Fordon, between Driffield and Filey, in the most northern area of the stunning Yorkshire Wolds. We are so grateful to our landowners for allowing us to hunt our human quarry over this fantastic area of our country.
Hounds will hunt several lines around two farms, up hill and down dale over varying terrain with stunning views of the surrounding Wolds.
We also hope to have some jumping, all optional as usual.
Parking is at the meet, please follow what3words ///additives.lions.funded, and follow instructiosn carefully – please come prepared to clear up after your horses, we are fortunate to have parking on hard standing so must leave the yard tidy as we find it.
No arrivals before 11:30am please, field to be mounted by 12:00, ready for hounds to move off at 12:30pm.
Dress code is full season – black or navy hunt coats for adults, U18s should wear tweed. Horses must be plaited or hogged.
Please join us for refreshments at the end of the day to relive what an exciting afternoon we’ve had!
