Info: Session 1 (2/28) - Let's Get Started! This class will teach you the basics of genealogy, different types of family trees and family group sheets, places and sites to do research, familial relationships, and the importance of citing your sources.

Info: Session 2 (3/28) -In this class, we will learn how to navigate Ancestry and other websites, learning how to build a family tree, discovering what Ancestry has to offer, and how to interpret your DNA results.

Info: Session 3 (4/18) - In this class, we will learn about different sites for research and will learn tools for breaking down that brick wall. This is an exciting time we live in for conducting research!

Get Organized!
Info: Session 4 (5/23) - In this class, we will learn the importance of organization. We will learn how to organize & preserve our documents, how to utilize folders for websites, how to keep track of materials from interviews, keeping track of cemetery records, and organizing and preserving photographs.
