TRANSPORTATION AND MEETING POINT
We will meet at the entrance of Highgate Station by Exit 2, Priory Gardens, at 10:30 AM. (Next to Cafe Noir)
This walk is covered by our Club's insurance. Our Club is registered on The British Mountaineering Council (BMC)
Embark on a serene journey from Highgate to Stoke Newington via the Capital Ring Walk's 12th section. Begin amidst Highgate's charm, perhaps with a detour through the historic Highgate Cemetery. Journey onward past Finsbury Park, and tread carefully along the occasionally muddy New River walk. For a touch of Gothic splendor, consider the detour through Abney Park cemetery. This route offers a delightful mix of history, nature, and the quintessential charm of London. Don your best walking shoes and let the adventure unfold!

FOOD
We will stop during the hike for a snack lunch so please bring food and drink. We will visit a pub after the hike where we can get refreshments.

WHAT TO BRING
- Suitable hiking clothes & hiking footwear, ideally hiking boots Waterproof jacket, trousers and footwear are recommended.
- Water (at least 1 and ideally 2 litres)
- Packed lunch/picnic
- Money for drinks and refreshments after the hike
- That's it! We will take care of the logistics on the day etc, so that you can just turn up and have a great day :-)
