What we will be doing:
✨A BEGINNER FRIENDLY MEDITATION to ground your energy, feel present in your body, see your aura and call back your energy to feel energized and rejuvenated.
✨AUTOMATIC WRITING to be able to receive answers from your higher self about any question you may have and to also to discover how you really feel.
✨A SIMPLE ENERGY HEALING to open up your heart and throat chakras to be able to express yourself more freely.
✨MAKE REAL CONNECTIONS WITH LIKE MINDED WOMEN by sharing your feelings, thoughts and wisdom in a safe non-judgmental space (sharing is optional but lovingly encouraged.
✨LIVE CHANNELING SESSION (if time permits)
This is all about having a safe space for women to come together, talk, share and connect. It’s a place to be curious and allow ourselves to be challenged (in a loving way) to grow. Plus you’ll be learning helpful tools that you can use any time you’re feeling stuck.
I know it can be scary to open up, but that’s how you build real connections, and that’s something we don’t have much of in today’s world. Once you do it, you’ll see that it’s not so scary after all.
