About the Higher Heart Chakra:
Your Higher Heart chakra (also known as the thymus chakra and other names) is a lesser known but important energy center that rests in between our heart and throat chakras and is linked to our thymus gland. It's related to our physical immunity, our aging process and also to our capacity for compassion, forgiveness, communication and connection.
