Higher Frequency Live™ is a multisensory, immersive relaxation experience designed to gently reset your nervous system, restore your energy, and quiet your mind — bringing you back home to yourself without effort or force, supported by the beautifully geounding historical church spaces that have unlocked peace and safety for communities for hundreds of years.
This experience has been created for people who feel overstimulated, mentally busy, emotionally overloaded, or simply in need of deep rest — without needing to talk, share, analyse, or do anything at all.

Higher Frequency Live™ is a guided nervous system regulation experience, carefully designed to support your body in moving out of stress/survival and into a state of safety, calm, and full restoration.
Through sound, music, voice, breath, emotive music meditation and the supportive atmosphere of a historic church, your system is slowly invited to soften — allowing clarity, emotional release, and renewed energy to arise naturally.

Higher Frequency Live™ is led by a highly experienced facilitator of restorative, therapeutic-grade relaxation experiences, with extensive experience of hosting and delivering calm, community-focused wellbeing events inside Church of England churches, Spas, online and she also supports heart led givers via 1:1 mentorship healing programmes.
The Higher Frequency Coach, Holly, has been leading non-religious church-based relaxation and sound bath experiences across Staffordshire and Cheshire and is now bringing this trusted, highly regarded experience to Chester for the first time after already serving thousands of people.
These experiences are carefully designed to honour the scale, acoustics, and sacred atmosphere of historic church spaces — creating environments where the nervous system can truly soften, restore, and move away from survival-mode living.

To ensure your comfort, please bring:
- A yoga or exercise mat
- A blanket
- A cushion or pillow
- Water for hydration
Seating is available within the pews if you prefer to sit rather than lie down.
You are also welcome to bring a fold-up chair if that feels more supportive.
