When : Magic begins every Monday at 6pm
Where : Oak City Yoga 301 North West Street, Raleigh, NC, 27603
How much ? Class is free to reserve but $18 either cash, Venmo, or apply pay prior to the start of class. Instructions via email once you sign up.
What : This is a 60 minute vinyasa style class in an 85 degree room. We will be flowing through poses and moving at a pace that could push you, so comfortable clothing is a must. We will begin and end class with a short meditation, no experience required + an optional cold lavender towel given at the end of class
Bring : Water, mat (mats will be available if needed)
Leave time for parking :There is street parking which is free at 6pm, there is also a parking deck near the studio
