Join Janine of Vibe High Breathwork for an immersive experience designed to help you reconnect with your inner guidance, release stored tension, and step more fully into the life you’re meant to live.
Through a guided somatic breathwork journey, you’ll be supported in gently moving through emotional blocks, calming the nervous system, and creating space for clarity and empowerment. This style of breathwork works directly with the mind-body connection, allowing stored stress, suppressed emotions, and limiting beliefs to surface and release in a safe and supportive environment.
During the session, supportive hands-on energy support will be offered throughout the room for those who wish to receive, helping the body settle into balance and relaxation. We’ll close the experience with calming sound immersion and reflective journaling prompts to integrate the insights, emotions, and messages that emerged during the journey.

Facilitator Bio — Janine Iuliano

Janine is the founder of Vibe High Breathwork and a certified Transformational Breath Facilitator. Her work centers on helping individuals unlock the healing power of their breath to improve mental, physical, and emotional well-being. She supports clients in healing past trauma, regulating the nervous system, and dismantling limiting beliefs so they can live with greater confidence and self-trust. Janine’s intention is to guide people back to their inner strength, resilience, and self-love while fostering a supportive community for personal growth.
