Welcome to Overnewton Castle a Scottish Baronial style Homestead built-in 1849. Situated in Keilor Village, 20 mins drive from Melbourne CBD. Built by William Taylor in 1849 a prominent early settler to the area. During the 1850’s Keilor became an important and busy stopover for travellers on their way to the Victorian Goldfields.Enjoy the Ultimate in Old World Grace and Charm with light High Tea in the Ballroom or Sherry Room and an optional add-on Ground Floor Tour of the Castle.
Relax with friends over a selection of delicate pastries, fluffy scones, jam and cream, English tea sandwiches and petite fours with free-flowing Twinning’s Tea and Vittoria Coffee.
