High School Athlete Hot Yoga at Zen April 12th

This class is designed specifically for high school athletes looking to improve flexibility, balance, and recovery. In a warm 85-degree room, we’ll guide you through beginner-friendly yoga postures that build strength, enhance mobility, and help prevent injuries. No experience needed. Every level is welcome.
