Friday night fun at High Ride Cycle... Let's get sweaty, meet new friends and possibly more! Join the 45 minute High Ride class followed by a Meet & Greet w/ adult bevies and snacks. If you click w/ anyone & it's mutual, Two Birds Fit will connect you! ABOUT THE EVENT:
Let's make some new friends (and potentially more?!). Meet new singles & get a fun workout...Two Birds, One Stone!
* 36 Singles Max. (We do our best to keep the # of Gals/Guys even).
* Two Birds Fit will facilitate the workout, lead icebreakers and bring the matchmaking aspect!
* 45 minute high-energy, beat-based cycle workout led by High Ride Cycle including 4–7 minutes of weight training on the bike.
* Adult Beverages, Light snacks and Non-alcoholic options will be included at our post-workout Meet & Greet!
* Option to match w/ multiple people using our Two Birds Fit proprietary Matchmaking Program.
* Raffle prizes!
* With Two Birds Fit, it’s kinda like “swiping right” in real life! :)

TWO BIRDS FIT:
Two Birds Fit - Speed Dating Workouts makes it easy, saves you time and enables you to meet multiple people at one fitness focused event. At the end of the workout, each person has the opportunity to let us know if they “clicked” with anyone. If the match is mutual, Two Birds will connect them within 24 hours. We also offer Singles Mixers and active Social Events. The goal isn't necessarily for you to find your person... but if you do, fantastic! The goal is for you to be surrounded by positivity, fun and a little sweat - while making connections at our events.

At High Ride, we're more than a fitness space; we're a community that welcomes everyone, regardless of size, shape, or background. What sets us apart? Our incredible team. Our instructors proudly infuse each visit with passion + personality, creating an energetic environment that keeps riders coming back. High Ride Cycle is where fitness meets community in a special way. Our skilled instructors guide you through a cycle class using resistance, speed + choreography to target + strengthen specific muscle groups for a full-body workout. Our classes include 4–7 minutes of dedicated strength training with 2-5 lb. weights, promising an effective + challenging experience.
