High Potential Professionals: 2026 Activation & Connect Kick off 2026 with clarity and connection. A purposeful, introvert-friendly social for High Potential professionals ready to grow.
About this Event

Overview:

2026 is a fresh chapter—and this evening is about stepping into it with clarity, momentum, and surrounded by people who share the same values and ambition as you.

Presented by The High Potential Movement; High Potential Professionals: 2026 Activation & Connect is a purposeful social experience for ambitious professionals who care deeply about their work, want to keep growing, and are ready to show up more fully in the year ahead.

Whether you’ve been quietly navigating imposter syndrome, craving deeper professional connections, or feeling like you’re on the edge of your next level, this evening is designed to help you walk into 2026 feeling grounded, supported, and energized.

This Is Not a Traditional Networking Event

You won’t be awkwardly trading job titles or standing around wondering how to start a conversation. This evening is thoughtfully designed to help you connect with ease and real substance:

You’ll be welcomed with conversation starter cards, so meaningful conversations happen naturally—without small talk or pressure (introvert-friendly)

You’ll experience a short, high-impact mini-workshop and facilitated discussion focused on the most impactful things High Potential professionals can work on in 2026 to:

  • Move through imposter syndrome without “faking it til you make it”
  • Strengthen workplace confidence and self-trust
  • Communicate with more clarity, authority, and ease
  • Build more genuine, in-person relationships here in Dallas

This isn’t a “goal-setting workshop”, and there’s nothing you need to do to prepare. It’s about insight, perspective shifts, and leaving with a clearer sense of how you want to operate in 2026. And, maybe, even a new professional friend who really “gets it.”

Who This Is For: High Potential Professionals

High Potential people tend to have a few things in common:

  1. They give a shit.
They genuinely care about their work, their growth, and the impact they make. They don’t just want a paycheck—they want meaning, contribution, and to feel proud of how they show up.
  2. They want to grow.
Stagnation feels unbearable. Even when things are “fine,” they feel a pull toward expansion, learning, and becoming more of who they know they could be.
  3. They’re willing to endure discomfort to reach their full potential.
They understand that growth isn’t always comfortable—but they’re tired of letting fear, overthinking, or self-doubt be the thing that keeps them stuck.

If you see yourself in this, you belong in this room.

About The High Potential Movement

The High Potential Movement exists to support ambitious professionals who care deeply, think critically, and want to grow—without burning out, shrinking themselves, or feeling like they have to become someone they’re not.

The movement was founded by Marissa Moyer, an expert in imposter syndrome, workplace confidence, and workplace communication, who has worked with hundreds of high-potential professionals to help them trust their judgment, show up with clarity and authority, and stop under-operating in rooms that matter.

This event is a reflection of that mission—creating spaces where High Potential people can connect, think clearly, and activate what’s already inside them.
