The High Point Public Library is pleased to host an appearance by Stephanie Dray on Saturday, June 27, at the High Point Museum.This event is a book tour stop for Stephanie Dray and Laura Kamoie, May 5, 2026, release, A Founding Mother: A Novel of Abigail Adams.
The book has been praised by Kate Quinn, New York Times bestselling author of The Briar Club, in her comment that “The research shines, the prose gleams, the characterization is a delight, and the themes are timelier than ever—on the eve of our nation’s 250th anniversary, I can think of no book more necessary than A Founding Mother.”

Copies of Stephanie’s books will be for sale before and after her talk, courtesy of Scuppernong Books of Greensboro.
