High Performance: Lessons for the Next Generation with Jake Humphrey and Damian Hughes
About this Event

The modern world can feel daunting for young people. Life can throw some serious curveballs; schools, friends, future worries – it can sometimes be a lot. But what are the key skills that can help teenagers and young adults thrive in the modern world of education, life and work? Jake Humphrey and Damian Hughes, hosts of the High Performance podcast, have developed Game Plan, a book designed specifically for teens, to help them learn to identify their goals, make the right decisions, handle exam pressures and clear challenges. If you are a young person, or supporting a young person in your life, this inspiring, interactive evening will provide the psychological strategies you need to level up your mindset and own your future. Think of this as your Game Plan to handling life's chaos, like a boss.

As hosts of the hugely popular High Performance podcast, Jake and Damian have spoken with some of the biggest names from the worlds of sport, business, and entertainment — including Gareth Southgate, Lando Norris, and Keely Hodgkinson. In this event they will share the tools top performers use to stay focused, keep going when things get tough, and turn setbacks into strength.

You will also have the chance to ask your own questions for Jake and Damian in the audience Q&A.
