After a few one-time high heels workshops, many of you have asked for regular classes to stay in the flow and keep learning. So, here it is—the first edition of a monthly course!This course is a space to express your sensual side, play with movement, build confidence, and, most importantly, just have fun together!
Class Structure
The first half of each class focuses on foundational techniques, followed by freestyling with those skills. Each week has a different focus:
Week 1: Walks
Week 2: Twerk & Whine
Week 3: Floorwork
Week 4: Seduction/Connection (partner exercises)
In the second half, we’ll work on choreography. It will be the same choreography throughout the course, giving you time to practice and master it.
Weeks 1-3: Learn a new section of the choreography each week
Week 4: Combine all sections and perform the full choreography

FAQ/Reminders:
Tickets: You can buy a ticket for the full course or for a single class. However, we don’t recommend attending Week 4 as a single class since you’ll miss out on important foundational information.
Beginner-Friendly: Absolutely!
What to Wear: Wear clothes you’re comfortable in and avoid tight pants so your hips and booty have room to whine and jiggle.
Bring Kneepads: For comfort during floorwork, bring kneepads or clothing that offers knee cushioning.
Heels are not mandatory: If you’re not comfortable in heels, feel free to join in flats or barefoot. While I’ll share some heel-specific techniques, the focus is on moving your body in a sensual way.
No Kizomba Experience Needed: Although the class takes place at a kizomba studio, this is a separate style, so no prior kizomba experience is necessary.
