You are all invited to the Tango Department Concert on December 3 at the WMDC, Rotterdam.This will be a special opportunity to explore one of the various music styles Codarts has to offer, and specifically, to discover the captivating world of tango.
Our Tango department, an integral part of World Music at Codarts, brings together talented students from different departments on stage to show their work. Join teachers Dr. Bárbara Varassi Pega (piano), Santiago Cimadevilla (bandoneon), Stephen Meyer (violin) and Álvaro Rovira Ruiz (guitar) for this special event.
The evening includes solo, ensemble performances and OTRA, our tango orchestra comprising teachers and students from across Codarts.
There will be space for tango dancers to join in the second part of the concert (with OTRA)!
The event is open to the general public and free of charge.
