DNA. Art Club presents ''Special - High Heels & Confidence''
Uliana is a professional dancer with 4 years of experience in heels dancing. Her work is greatly focused on creating visual projects, performing, and choreographing. In her classes, she takes a holistic approach to learning the choreography through connecting with emotions, understanding musicality, and creating your own character. This heels course is focused on learning basics of heels dancing and elevating your performance & confidence.
Register for a special class with professional video shooting that is a part of High Heels Special Course.
This November, our regular Thursdays High Heels Class will be offered as a course. The course is designed to deepen Your knowledge of high heels style and technique. Throughout the month, we’ll focus on one choreography that integrates foundational high heels elements: balance, walk, hair work, weight transfer, and performance. This structured approach will allow You to make continuous improvements each lesson and bring out Your best performance.
At the end of the month, we’ll have a separate shooting day to professionally film the choreography. For this class You need to register on this page.
This course is more than just learning steps—it’s about connecting with Your body, building control, and discovering the world of high heels dance.
Open to all dance levels.
Course dates: November 7, 21, 28, December 05 | 17:30 - 18:30
To participate in the course, simply register via this link for every week https://www.dna-artclub.com/dance/high-heels. It’s recommended to attend all the classes, or at least one, to successfully prepare for the shooting day.

Course Program:
7.11 – Introduction to the course. Focus on basic heels elements: balance and hair work. 1st part of the choreography.
21.11 – Focus on basic heels elements: weight transfer and walk. 2nd part of the choreography.
28.28 – Focus on choreography: 1st, 2nd & 3rd part.
05.12 – Focus on: performance. Repeating the full choreography and working on performance, emotions and musicality.
Shooting day: Repeating the choreography, filming solos and small groups.
