High Five Summer Camp

Join us for a transformative Hi Five Summer Camp: designed for children ages 8-12 to explore their creativity, build confidence, and learn healing practices. Through a combination of yoga, art therapy, dance, and more, this exciting week-long program offers a nurturing and fun environment where children can grow emotionally, mentally, and creatively. Hosted at 333nergy Vancouver, 345 West Broadway, this spring break camp is designed to inspire and empower young minds.

• Time: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Monday - Friday)

During the camp, children will have the opportunity to explore various practices and techniques to nurture their mind, body, and spirit. Activities will include:

• Yoga for self-expression and building confidence
  
• Art Therapy to encourage emotional release and creativity
  
• Dance to celebrate joy and self-discovery
  
• Healing Modalities such as Reiki, acupressure, and mindfulness
  
• Creative Arts activities like tarot, jewelry making, macrame, and drama skits
  
• Reading Hour where children can unwind and enjoy their favorite books to foster literacy and relaxation
  

• Yoga for Self-Expression & Confidence: Children will practice yoga to learn body awareness, emotional regulation, and build self-esteem.
  
• Art Therapy for Emotional Release & Creativity: Art-based activities help children express their feelings, process emotions, and enhance their creative thinking.
  
• Dance for Joy & Self-Discovery: Dance movements and routines will allow children to experience freedom, joy, and self-expression.
  
• Healing Modalities: Techniques like Reiki, acupressure, and mindfulness are incorporated to promote inner peace and emotional balance.
  
• Creative Arts: Engaging activities such as Tarot, Jewelry Making, Macrame, and Drama Skits will spark imagination and inspire creativity.
  
• Reading Hour: A calm and relaxing time to unwind, fostering a love for reading while promoting literacy.
