Hidden Worlds
The Journey of the Spirit through Cacao and Dance
Hidden Worlds is a deep, heart journey inwards, a space to soften, open and explore the worlds within.
We begin with ceremonial grade cacao, a heart opening earth medicine that supports connection, presence and inner exploration. Opening with compassion, creating a safe and grounded container we set intention for the session incorporating self exploration and inner listening.
As the vibrations of music carry us, we explore the hidden landscapes within ourselves, invite the body to move intuitively. The parts ready to be seen, expressed or simply witnessed. There is no right or wrong way to move, this is not about performance, but about expression. A chance to let the body speak, to follow sensation, rhythm and stillness, uncovering hidden parts of ourselves through movement and pause.
We will ground together with the element of fire, anchoring the experience into the body and the earth. We gather for nourishing soup, sharing warmth, grounding and connection as we gently return. For those who feel called, the sauna offers a space to cleanse, integrate and complete the journey, allowing heat, breath and stillness to support deep nervous system settling.
Expect a balance of movement and rest, depth and simplicity, expression and silence.

Marcelina and Ashley met through a shared love for embodied healing, the Earth, and authentic connection and instantly felt like friends who had known each other far longer. With roots in Ecstatic Awakening Dance, Cacao Ceremonies, and Earth medicines, they come together as sacred space holders devoted to helping others reconnect with their bodies, inner truth, and the natural world. Their work is grounded, intuitive, and heart-led, creating spaces where people can feel safe, move freely, and feel deeply at home within themselves and Mother Earth.
