Hidden in Plain Sight - Mt. Spokane High School

Hidden in Plain Sight is an interactive workshop that delves into current youth trends for substance use, mental health and contributing factors. There will be updated healthy youth survey data shared for each topic covered, as well as examples of current paraphernalia and accessories. Topics to be covered in this Hidden in Plain Sight: Alcohol, Cannabis, Nicotine, Mental Health & illicit substances

Takeaways for particpants incldue:

• Understanding current health youth survey data for identified topics
• Understanding how to identify youth struggling with behavior health and refer to support
• Identify current accessories and paraphernalia for current youth substance use
• Understanding how substances impact youth physcial and mental health
