Erica will gently guide your restorative yoga practice and offer hands-on Reiki assists, helping you soften, release tension, and move into parasympathetic rest.
Jennifer will immerse you in the healing frequency of sound, using therapeutic instruments to calm the mind, open the heart, and realign the energetic body.
To deepen the sensory experience, the retreat includes aromatherapy and a gentle grounding smudge, creating a sacred container for renewal.
