Yoga Nidra combines mindfulness, intention-setting, body scan, and imagery for a deeply relaxing guided meditation that calms the nervous system, increases focus, and energizes the body.As we move into the heart of the holidays, join Jess for this relaxing meditation experience. We have a supply of blankets and bolsters at the studio, but please bring whatever props (blankets, pillows, cushions) to help best support your body during this meditation.
Herbal tea will be provided at the close of the session.
The cost is $15 or you can use your class package.
