๐๏ธ About the Hi-Crest NIA
The Hi-Crest Neighborhood Improvement Association exists for anyone who lives in, owns property in, or owns a business within the Hi-Crest Neighborhood.
Our goal is to foster communication, provide access to resources, and create a space where neighbors can connect, voice concerns, and work together. We are committed to strengthening our community, building positive relationships, and contributing to the revitalization and well-being of South East Topeka.
Neighborhood Improvement Associations serve as a bridge between residents and City officials, providing input on development, crime prevention, street conditions, lighting, preservation, and neighborhood revitalization. The Hi-Crest NIA works alongside local partners to help create a safe, connected, and thriving neighborhood.
