Join us for the HHR Kickoff Crawfish Cookoff Competition (HHRKCCC): a day of crawfish, community, and friendly culinary chaos hosted by Crawdaddy Kerfunkle, everyone’s favorite self-aware crawfish horse.Local teams will compete to cook the best crawfish boil in town while guests eat, drink, and cast their votes for the ultimate champion.

🦞 Want to join the Claw-some Crawfish Cookoff Competition?
Think your boil is the best in town? Prove it.
- Teams will compete for some big prizes, bragging rights and the title of HHR Crawfish Champion.
How to Enter:
1. Register your team by emailing @[email protected]
2. Bring your own boil setup (food, burner, pot, seasoning, tables, chairs, tent etc.)
3. Cook 2 sacs of crawfish for guests to sample
4. Guests vote for their favorites!
(Water source is provided. setup starts at 11am)
- Teams can be from 1-4 people-

This event helps raise funds to produce the next Human Horse Races, an annual New Orleans spectacle where teams race piggyback style in full horse costumes, all to raise money and wellness for real horses.
