Please join us in the school for the Annual HGA Spring Craft Fair! There will be over 60 vendors with original, hand-crafted items for sale, as well as home-based party consultants – some you know and some new!
Enjoy a day of shopping, delicious food, a fantastic basket raffle, and more! Don’t forget the Cash Raffle with a top prize of $1,000!

Volunteers
The Committee is in need of volunteers for the day of the craft fair for a variety of tasks such as selling tickets and helping out in the kitchen, set up and clean up.
Bake Sale
Are you a baker? We'd love to have your best baked good for sale at the fair!
Basket Raffle
The Committee is accepting donations to be included in the basket raffle, a highlight of this annual event!

Calling all Vendors!
Applications are now being accepted for Vendors for the Craft Fair! New year - all applications & payments will be accepted online only. Scan the QR code to reserve your spot today! Spaces are $40 each. Tables are available for rent & electricity is available for a limited number of spaces for an additional fee. For any Vendor-related questions, please email [email protected].

Application and payment will only be accepted online through the SQUARE store of Holy Guardian Angels Parish. No paper forms will be used and no cash or check payments will be accepted. .

There is no early bird discount for the Spring Craft fair or bundle option currently. A bundle option/discount will be offered in the next fiscal year when registration opens in November for the 2026 Christmas Craft Bazaar which will then include the Spring Craft Fair 2027.

Once all the required information is entered into your application there is an “additional comments” section for your use. This section should be used to inform the committee of any necessary information for planning the vendor layout in the gym. The committee will do its best to honor requests for specific space or placement, but please keep in mind that there are no guarantees. Your understanding is appreciated.

Vendor Spaces are $40. Vendor Space is approximately 7' deep x 9' wide. 6 ft. tables are available to rent at $5 each. Electricity is available for a limited amount of spaces for a $5 fee.
