HFW Holiday Shop Vendor Opportunity

Harlem Fashion Week is hosting a Holiday Shop on December 6th at the Aloft Harlem Hotel. HFW is provididng a platform for Vendors to sell their products to hundreds of guests for the Holiday Season.

Participating Vendors will receive:

• Curated space by HFW Staff
• -HFW will advertise each vendor on social media
• -Dedicated event flyer
• Included in HFW event newsletter

Vendor Responsibility

• Bring Your table and chairs
• Provide a Quality Presentation of your product or service
• Must be ON TIME for Vendor Set Up or you will forfeit your spot and Vendor Fee

Vendor Fee:

• $25 Deposit Now  to hold the Spot
• $75 Nov 1st
• $50 Nov 15th
• $50 Dec. 1st
• TOTAL VENDOR IS $200.00
