
Hey Eka Sokha is a journey - a journey that stretches from the darkness to light, from ignorance to enlightenment. This solo oratory presentation by Swapna Dey, scales the journey of the numerous souls down the ages. From the Vedic Period, to the Rabindranath Tagore`s Bhanushingher Podaboli, with the Manasha Mongol Kabyo in between, this performance will try to retrace the path that every lonely soul have ever tread on. In the first hour of this two hours long presentation, we will start with Vedas and end with Tagore`s eternal creations. The other hour will have a solo presentation of `Behula, a Kotokotha`, a retelling based on Manasha Mongol Kabyo, by Koushik RoyChowdhury. With Swapna Dey as the lead elocutionist and direction also, the programme will be helmed by the music arrangement of Subhendu Maiti, Ambient Music by Anupam.
