About this Event
Join us for our June Premier Club Dinner, an evening built around expressive wines, seasonal ingredients, and dishes designed to move from bright and fresh to rich and deeply savory.
The night begins with local halibut paired alongside our Cellar Master Rosé of Merlot, followed by cherry-braised bison with fried gnocchi and parmesan fondue matched with Napa Valley Zinfandel.
The centerpiece of the evening arrives family-style: a 40oz American bone-in ribeye served with ratatouille, roasted cherry tomatoes, shallot eminence demi-glace, and finishing salts—paired with our Special Edition Eminence Red Blend from Chalk Hill.
