Heroes of Labor

EmblemHealth, a mission-driven health plan with an 80-year history of serving New York's communities, in partnership with LaborPress, will host its 13th annual Heroes of Labor Awards on October 23rd, 2025.

Honorees this year represent the Uniformed Fire Officers Association, Service Employees International Union Local 246, and District Council 37 Local 1505 AFSCME. These individuals are the backbone of our city, keeping New York moving and running. Their heroism in our vibrant city is not just a testament to their dedication, but an inspiration to us all.
