Frogman's Party Rentals will be putting on the Heroes by the Waves Oceanfront Festival, which will be benefiting the Navy SEAL Foundation. Open to the Public, we will celebrate the incredible Military Community of Heroes we have here in Hampton Roads as we raise funds to benefit The Navy SEAL Foundation.
